Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do I need to give before placing an order?
I deliver each week from Thursday to Saturday.
For wholesome treats, please order on by Tuesday for delivery that week (minimum of 48 hours notice required).
For grazing options, please order by Wednesdays for delivery the same week.
If you’d like deliveries on alternative days for a special occasion, please contact me and we’ll see what can be arranged.
How do I book?
For grazing options, please complete an enquiry form and I will respond within 24 hours to confirm details and arrange payment. Please note, orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
For wholesome treats, select your choice of goods, the date you require them, and then pay online to secure your order.
For grazing tables and catering, please contact me to discuss your requirements. Once you’re happy with your options, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the 50% balance due 7 days before your event.
Where do you deliver?
I am located in bracklesham bay and OFFER deliverY between the witterings and Chichester.
If you are slightly further afield, please get in touch so we can make arrangements. I often meet people in Chichester for collection if it’s a mid way point, or arrange delivery for an additional charge if this is preferable.
Collection from bracklesham bay is also possible.
What’s the difference between a Grazing Box and a Grazing Platter?
A grazing box provides options for smaller groups, with all your grazing goodies styled and served in a medium or large box.
For groups of 6 or more, your grazing foods are styled and delivered on a disposable wooden board, which slides out of the box, creating an instant centrepiece for your gathering. Ordering several platters for larger groups provides a flexible way to build a grazing table in a modular style system, creating a wonderful spread along your table, mix and matching different platters.
How long will my grazing box/platter stay fresh?
They are best consumed on the day of delivery. I prepare all grazings boxes and platters on the day to ensure freshness of the nuts, crackers and fruits. If you are ordering to enjoy it for a later date, please contact me to discuss
Can you accommodate allergies and specific dietary requirements?
IF i CAN, i WILL! Please advise at the time of booking and we can discuss options and alternatives to ensure your foods are suited to you.
uNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT CATER FOR NUT OR SEED ALLERGIES AS I REGULARLY USE THESE IN MY KITCHEN.
NB. Wholesome treats are all made using nuts as well as other whole food ingredients and unfortunately are not suitable for people with allergies.
Can I Customise my order?
The grazing contents are listed for each option, but if you have any specific requests, likes or dislikes, please let me know. I will always try to accommodate this if I can.
How long will my raw cake/wholesome treats last?
All raw bakes keep well air-tight in the fridge, for at least five days (if you can restrain yourself!) The decorative fruit topping on the whole cakes may not keep quite as long however.
All treats can also be frozen, which works well if you buy the cups, bars and slices in large quantities. They’ll be ready to eat within 10 minutes - the perfect go to snack or treat with an afternoon brew!
How do I store my raw bakes / wholesome treats?
These must be kept chilled in a fridge and do not hold together well if they get warm, due to the use of coconut oil, which melts if it gets warm. They keep well in the freezer for at least one month.
